Directions:

• Completely cover meat, typically a Tri-tip Roast, with seasoning and massage (rub) lightly over all sides

• Cover and place in a refrigerator for at least one hour. You can intensify the flavor by allowing the meat to marinate overnight

• Remove from the refrigerator one hour prior to cooking
